Cancellation of reservations by the Customer
For cancellations of reservations requested by the Customer, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 48 hours after booking: refund of the full amount of the reservation;
- Up to 30 days before the date of entry (check-in): return of the full value of the reservation;
- Up to 15 days before the check-in date: return of 50% of the total amount of the reservation;
- There is no return when the reservation is canceled within 14 days prior to check-in, or when the customer ends their stay before the check-out date.
Cancellation of reservations by the Company
In the event that the Company is obliged to breach the conditions of the reservation, due to an unpredictable situation and not directly attributable to it, resulting in the fact that the reserved accommodation cannot be occupied, the Company will make available to the Customer on the same dates, or on dates agreed with him, another accommodation with equal or higher characteristics, without place to returns by either party.
Data protection
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LPD), we inform you that during the processing of the reservation your personal data will be stored on the company’s website for the sole purpose of ensuring the provision of services. You can exercise your right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data, being responsible for the data contained in the company’s file.
